Items at Characters EQ at website dont shows !

Hello as the topic says the items on the character information at my website dont shows up!

It's the donation star, donation mantle, exp of tooken, ect. How do I fix that problem?

Those items are missing in folder images > items
Save your image from tibiawiki with correct itemID (like others in this folder)
