Load Selfmade Map

Hello people!

First of all, I am a total newbie in mapping (started today).
At the moment I use RME+ Tibia 9.6 to create some nice areas.

My Question now: How can I play with a GM/normal char on it?
- Temple placed, position fixed

I guess I have to extract my "firstmap" to Tibia 9.6 folder and connect it with the 9.6 client somehow, but I dont really get it <_<.

Does somebody know how to solve my problem? (Is it even possible to play on my selfmade map?)

Okay as far i can see that now, I need to download some server (9.6??) to put my selfmade map (9.6) in.

Yes, you need to download a 9.6 server and put the map in the directory data/world and also configure config.lua with your map name, etc.

Well first of all I laughed at this thread, but as Loney said you have to download a compatible server that will support Tibia Client 9.60+

Do basically what he said Can't really go wrong, especially when you're only hosting on localhost (127.0.0.1)

Going to study mapping etc more today,
hope I can run my server already in some hours so my cousins can play on it. ^_^
