Login errors fix suggestion

Allow multiple instances of the same char, only 1 max
(allows you to log in elsewhere or another time to replace the current person online)

The server handles it and there are no settings to change except if we wish to allow clones or allow multiple users from the same IP.

Allowing clones causes exploits, and we have allowed multiple people from the same IP since the beginning of the server.
