Hello world!
I maybe new on otland but I want give you some knowledge about making sprites,invite to read ;]
Using program's: Paint[lineart],Gimp 2.6.1[shaping]
1. Ok,first we must making 32x32 blank png or bmp file.
2.Starting for blade
Ok,now we have some options.
1. Easy
2. Medium[reccomended]
3. Advanced
4. Expert
I choose Advenced.
Ok lets shape this!
1. Color and shading,we must define shadows fall.
2.We going to make hmm... "magic" sword,ice type using more blue colors,and adding incidence light,making shine impression.
3.Repeat this step,remember to incdence light! /\>
4.Now adding "humb" between edges.
5.Now reduce colors,what too much is not healthy ;p using highter contrast.
6.Detailed holder,shaping all rises and cavity.
Animation
If you have conception you can add animation.
Finish!:
