Making Atk faster and custom things.

Hello im here with a new problem, I tried to make atks faster in vocations.xml but that doesn't work. How can I change the atk speed in another way?

2. question: I need some custom items for my server, and I don't know how to modificate items runes, weapons etc.

You can only change it in vocations.xml (I think)

You have to typed wrong or something.
