Small Guide on how to get a job:
Once you have signed up, and logged in, click factorylist over the right hand side, then find a factory which has under workplacement "**/4" or such, ** Being any number other then 0, once you find one, click on the factory name, scroll down and click Get Job, this will get you an hourly income, i suggest working in the government places to start off with.
