[Modern AAC] Gesior Layout?

I am just curious as to why no one has tried to make a layout for Modern AAC that looks like Tibia's layout.

Is it not possible?... No one wants to?... Just too lazy?
Only curious, it just seems awkward that no one has tried.

Too lazy, but is actually VERY simple, as it's already coded for GAAC.
