Why would you want to do it anyway? Just leave it as it is. It works with the password you typed before.

The password like this "5105ba06466e2e61d2a6aaf6a498cb0797bf3a8d" mean your password is encrypted, and modern accept only sha1 passwords, if you want to use modern you have to change your config.lua to this encryptionType = "sha1"

You haven't installed it properly, probably didn't put CHMOD to 777 (if not using windows) and probably some more like haven't imported default tfs schema before installation.
