My God character cant do any commands >;(

My god char cant do any commands
when i say like /b or /i it just says: you cannot execute this command. its probably just a noob solution to this but i am a supernoob so please help

When i change it to 6 i just get an error.. im using sqlite if that does any difference

dude if u use 2.4
u need go your account and make Group id 5 as i think but it doesnt matter
u have to put group id of char 3 and type 5 of account.
