i can login with ipv4 but people can't

Other people aren't supposed to login with your IPv4 address, just you (if you connect from the computer that hosts the server).
From other computers use your global ip/domain.

This sounds weird but port checker doesnt work for me but people can still connect to my server XD

Do you mean this one or other porcheck sites? With other porcheck sites it can say they are closed when they are actually open (depens on router settings).
With this one your server needs to be online, else it says they are closed even when they open.

If you want to make a no-ip address.

You have to login with your IPv4 address, other people with your global ip (domain/no-ip address is same as your global ip since it's set to your global ip).
