Need help with a donation to Otland.net (paypal)

Good afternoon everyone, as the title says I need help donating to Otland.

When I try to send a donation through paypal, after login, it says paypal can't handle the payment right now and I should try another form of payment.

Anyone knows why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Been trying since 10 am today (it's 8pm now).
