Need some help with a/c and character creating

Im having trouble making an a/c and character where I can log into it. I have created an a/c on the website and directly on the sql database but I can not log into it. It just says invalid ac name on my client.

Does anyone have any idea's?
Would appreciate some help

Check your "passwordType" in config.lua and encryption type on your AAC. Make sure they are the same

I found the encryption type in config lua its down as "plain" but I cant find anything related in the ACC
