npc that upgrades eq?

i was wondering if some 1 could make me a npc that upgrades a piece of eq that u have on you for some price and (everytime u use it the price gets a lil bit higher)<--- not needed but would help. rep ++ for help

You could simply use a npc to sell the upgraded piece for the unupgraded piece + gold.
