download a portable linux, put on ur usb. Launch it on your school computer. Remove/change the admin password. Have Fun!

Use a USB flashmemory, it is the best way I think. Else the admin will know what you are installing on the computer...

Back on topic... if you want to be able to use windows and on the same time install remeres map editor, i suggest using a PE like WinPE or BartPe.
