Where can I either get the raw sprites or extract them myself? I tried running this but got:

Looking good, how you did Tem? Started by resizing?
It's my first 4 sprites I did two years ago, I never did any more
I started by rotating, changed the size to 32x32px and then I edited

Sprites are provided already, readme point out how to cut. Or you can use ObjectBuilder, that actually works with 10.41 protocol.

But the sprites aren't uniform in size even in individual spreadsheets... Why?!?... :p
Still these sprites looks pretty dope imo, so still a thumbs up from me, and I legit appreciate the answer.
Edit: Actually Peonso, one last question: could you please clarify if this project is definitely never going to be trying to replace Tibia's sprites?

They perfectly fit in 32x32 grid, ready to cut. It's never going to try to replace Tibia sprites for 2 reasons, first I, Peonso, don't see the point, and second, it's not possible, it's made from collaborations, people do share what they want. You can try to improve this tool, but it will always be limited by available sprites, Converting Tibia maps to OpenTibia Sprite Pack

I see you don't add any of them to repository for long time
It takes too much time, I prefer to update once I got a big amount. But anyone can update and make a pull request.

will you add the stolen sprites every server uses that uses custom spr have?
like all custom ots have these frozen behemoth sprites, hellhounds from medivia and things like that

I always thought objects like doors, walls and windows in the original client files were single 32x32 sprites, but after investigating this I've learned that they're actually not. So you were absolutely completely in the right here. Sorry for the stupid question(s).

I think I may have to try out starting my own project considering not only the slightly different goals/very different approaches, but also very different standards, as you will likely expect higher quality work in this case having a considerably different goal in mind.
