Windows Ot Item Editor Problem

Hello, I'm trying to use the otitemeditor to duplicate some items, but it isn't working.

I'm using: http://otland.net/f19/9-81-otitemeditor-178769/
Otb Protocol: 9.81
DAT/SPR: 9.81

When I click duplicate, I get:
Creating item id 20311

But that's just it. I've already let it work for over an hour and it stays just the same.

Does anybody knows what to do ?

make sure your server is in a folder not a .rar or .zip ect.
try to run it as adminstrator and try it when the OT is not running.

Im not entirely sure im not positive about the editors ive never used them personally but it sounds like its not reading your items correctly

try checking to make sure that it didnt make the item and its just saying its wstill creating it
