Windows OT RSA in C#

I am writing custom OTS proxy for fun, but i can't handle RSA endcypt in C#...
I have string ot RSA key:

But i don' really know to to insert it on my RSAservice.. (simple parse to BigInteger is not working, even when skipping 1 byte of sign)

Did someone did this before?
