OtClient 3.5 not assets found?

Hi, i want to login on the TFS 1.7 server using OtClient/protocol 13.21, I have copied all files from Tibia 13.21 client to OtClient path: "otclient-3.5\data\things\1321".
But still i get an error "Could'nt Load Assets", Where is a problem? On the other hands the same steps for 8.1 tibia client works. How setup OtClient for 13.21 protocol?

1) Use the main repo, not version 3.5

2)1.7 TFS is 13.10 Tibia13.10.12892.zip
3) You only need to copy the assets

/Tibia13.10.12892.zip/13.10.12892/assets/

to the folder

OTC/data/things/1310/

(the port must be the same as config.lua tfs)
(login.php of myacc)
