FFVII outfit? What is that?
I am currently in Australia and have up- and downloaded a 100mb file and it only took about 2 minutes (to upload/download) even though the ping test shows a high ping.
Connection I got in Australia:
That is physically impossible. With that connection, it would take you 2m 44s to download but 19 minutes to upload....
Plus, ping has nothing to do with download/upload speeds. And 32 ms ping is low and impossible to get between germany and Australia.

Are you indicating this speedtest is fake? Because acctually it isn't. It might have been that the overall speed was a little off at some end (it was tested in an internet cafe if I remember correctly) but that's about it.

With the speedtest you posted its not possible for it to take "about 2 minutes", how can you not understand that is what he meant lol

What are you talking about? OTland Cloud works perfect but it's case sensitive. If you even know what that is...

I have just registered a new account using tenminutemail and it worked all fine. Login in works like a breeze.
So you either
1) didnt click on your activation link
2) are entering wrong username (CaSE sEnSitiVE) or password.
