Otservlist Problem

Hi guys when im trying to add my server to otservlist it says you server offline.

It is wrong or something?


Help me please

What does it say if you try to add it to etc vapus.net. Because many people seem to have the same problem with otservlist.

Thanks for comment but there arent any turkish otserv in there.
I wanna add it to otservlist. Do you know how can i solv that problem?
