Players get debug in-game

The players get debug very often. I am using real map and its 77mb. I am not sure if the map size is the reason. But is there any reasons for debug?

1: The account manager can be debuged
2: Some Quest boxes can be debuged and if they click on the box they will get debug every time then open the backpack they got

Number 3 is what happens I think. When the other admin use commands around people they get debug, or if he is ghosting. But that doesn't happen when I use commands. Weird.
