Potions/spells like real Tibia exhaust

I'm just wondering if there's anyway to make potions and spells work just like real Tibia?
Being able to use potion and spell at the same time? :huh:

Potions:
In the actions script for the potions.
There is an exhaust="1" or something.
Change that.

1 = 1 Second Exhaust.

Spells:
Goto spells.xml
Look for exhaust="2000"

Change to whatever. (2000 = 2 Seconds.)

Huh? Change to what? I don't want to lower the exhaust or higher it.
I said I want it like real Tibia, you know.
You can HEAL yourself with POTION and do EXURA SAN at the same time.. Get it?

Pray to TFS developers so they will do that
It's not possible I think.
We have one 'exhaust condition'.
To do what you say we will need spell_exhaust and potion_exhaust
