Lua problem with Znote AAC

Ihave some problems With Znote AAC website if anyone isn't busy can help me

1.i use latest version of Znote AAC,my tfs 1.4 and I changed site title (Znote AAC) in config But didn't changed on site still Znote AAC.
2.highscores page doesn't shows the players just

this page
3.when I entre a guild I got blank page and the this url http://znote.dev/guilds.php?name=Killers
although I edited it in config
