Promotion NPC

Hello, I would like for a promotion NPC(it can be the forgotten king from forgotten server) that does promotion but to be like this:

Starting vocations promote
ej: Sorcerer -> Master Sorcerer
Druid -> Elder Druid
Knight -> elite knight
Paladin -> Royal paladin
then after you have the first promotion when you reach x lvl, go to the same npc and ask for a second promotion and it would be like:
MS->A
ED->B
here is the difference:
EK-> Choose between C or D
RP-> Choose between E or F
