orsh dhq doesn't give anything. and skills quest doesn't give me any skills/mls :(
 
there are at least 2 quests... can't remember which though... that gave me a chest after I clicked the treasure chest...

what is your voc... there are 2 quests I did that gave me lvls after I clicked the scroll... cant remember which ones either :p
