Remove double threads in discussion and development

Im tired of seeing the same 3 threads in Discussion & Development over and over and over and over.

There are basicly 3 threads that are in there:
- XML vs SQL - theres about 20 versions of this thread.
- There are about 25 nooby threads asking stupid questions that should be moved to Support.
- And theres about 5 or more threads just asking "What do you want in a serv?"

If you disagree with me, then dont post 800 posts saying the SAME EXACT thing. 1 post pointing out the problem is enough.

Merge the SQLvXML threads, clean useless/repeat posts, then sticky them. That information will be useful for people new to the community or who left before SQL got "big".
