Server.exe problem

Hello does anyone know when I'm restarting the ot when I click on the button "do you really want to shutdown the server" I click yes" and the ot gets fucked the window getting white and (The forgotten server not responding) and if I use ctr l+ r now I guess the player tible crash or something like that..

It happens to many of us, if u use ctrl + alt + del, you can kill the process, when you done that, you can't crash any table or something like that. rep me if I helped you.
