I used serverlist site's 5 or 6 or even more years ago to find any server to play.
Nowadays im just looking at Advertisement Board at OTLand to find good server.
Unfortunately, there are only few good products at OT scene, so..
In my opinion..
The truth in these times (and even in the past) is that if server is good, it advertises itself via people who playing. People spread good word about server to friends, inviting them to join, play together, etc.
Advertisement Board is enough (if user is not dumbass as f*ck, he could easily browse and find any server)
