[Solved]Xampp Control panel, Port Problem! Rep++

I've installed the new xampp 1.72 and followed the HD Guide with voice, but i just cant start Apache and Mysql when I click on START on both nothing happens and sometimes i get this message "Warning:Terminating thread worker 1 or 0"

I've Opened the ports 7172/7171/80/3306

What is the problem?

Edit: When I check Open Port Check Tool if I opened Port i get this " Error: I could not see your service on 83.177.19.114 on port (80)
Reason: Connection timed out "
MySQL is Connected now but Apache wont work!

Skype blocks port 80

Yea, i saw that, but ive turned Skype off, i dont need to Uinstall it right ?

Nope you shouldn't need to, make sure that skype is fully shutdown with CRTL+ALT+DELETE. check processes

Yes it is, Really want to solve this ;/ What shall it stand if the port is opened on (Open Port Check Tool)

Your ISP is not blocking port 80.

Have you opened both TCP and UDP?

I took (Any) You could choose TCP UDP and ANY

Yeah I know you can choose any, but test with TCP and UDP
I think the any is a little buggy atleast when I used it back in time

launch xampp-portcheck.exe from xampp folder, to check are ports free or not

Yea but they are free, I can start Mysql (Running) but Apache start but the green text (running) aint coming up

Once, but now its stands "apache started" but its stopped, not green.

Sorry for double post, Sharp, yes the green light starts then it goes off directly ...

Open Xammp-Control>Click the Setup button > It will pop up with a window that looks similar to Command Prompt>It asks you what you want to do>Simply press y/n according to what you want.
