sql probs

im trying to make my database work but the sql doesnt load. couldnt stablish connection with sql is what it says. I can connect to the server using ports 7171, and my IP on a 8.54 evo map all it says is "loading character list". Any idea's on what is going on? >_<

i figured it out but i cannot put the server with the phpadmin. xD!!!!
