Strength spell action in .mon files

Does anyone know how to interpret the Strength spell action in some of the tibia mon files?



My best guess is something like

Strength (int skill, int base, int variation, int durationSeconds)

but I figured I'd rather ask around.

As far as I remember, Strength modifies all five offensive skills (fist, club, sword, axe, distance) and it goes as: chance, change, var, duration. Where change +- var is in %, and duration is in turns (so twice than that in seconds). Something like that.
