Switching from xml accounts to sql

My friend has a great server.... he uses xml and has over 1000 accounts... he wants to know if he can add those to sql... or if everyone will restart.... hes using evolutions and he does have a account folder and player... he transfered those in there and he wants to know what to do... or if players will have to restart.

have him get xml2sql converter, Im not sure if this site has it but the other ot site does for sure. as long as he is going from evolution.xml to evolution.sql it should work fine
