Windows TFS 0.21 8.4 Serve save

Hello everyone I just representative of a server with about 200 online player I'm using version TFS 0:21 [8.4]
My database is about 169 MB, and not just me and some other people are suffering with the same problem that is, when the server goes to the Save It takes about 1 min and a half to 2 minutes to complete until not complete the server remain locked, how do I resolve?

Note: The items of the houses are being saved in tile_items it influence on something? case where e is the problem as I do to put inside the folder to save in xml WORLD

The only way you can DECREASE (impossible to get rid, ok?), is to increase your MySQL server configuration. And before you ask: no, I won't help with it, thx.
