TFS 1.3 Attribute system

Hi everyone,

is there a script out there which works as a attribute point system, where if you finish a quest when u get the reward item it gives +20 speed (for example) and a item that u can re-roll and it removes the attribute that the re-roll item has and it gets added into a different one randomly? And the Attributes a character has, is shown when u look at the player.

which focus on damage increase, hp/mana increase, speed increase and regen

They are all item related, im looking for an item that focus's on
damage increase, hp/mana increase, speed increase and regen

and you can re-roll that item and it will randomly change to a different attribute.

look at the attachment for an example of what im looking for mate.
