First of all download TortoiseSVN its a software to download all that in 1 hit in a directory!

But you need to use these link on TortoiseSVN:

http://forgottenserver.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/forgottenserver/forgottenserver


But... I dont know why you want to download them...
Last REV you cant compile it... its 697..
still... if talaturen updates the Forgotten Dev-C++, you would be able to compile it!
