Windows Unencrypted Message Size

I'm hosting a small project and I happen to have this error:
Whenever this message cames out
[Failure - Protocol::XTEA_decrypt] Not valid unencrypted message size

My server seems to freeze forever, is there a way to fix it? Using 0.4 r3777 8.6

done, just in case. Tried another .exe of rev 3884 and the server freezed again but this time displaying the message that I've run out of ram..It's a 16mb map in a computer with a dual core xeon 3.8ghz and 2gb ram running windows xp x64 :/

Could it be ram problem? It's been one hour online with 7 players and the memory goes around 150mb..When it crashed it was using 190-200 ram :s
I don't have any other applications at use.
Tried Laatido now..But i don't think ram is truly the problem..
