Update SQLite DB?

I'm currently using Forgotten 0.2.12 and want to update to 0.3, but the SQLite database has changed in the newer version. Is there a way to update my current db to the newer version and keep all my players, account, etc safe?

i think you can use the same database otherwise you just use the export function

No u cant ive tried im not sure how to update it either =s there are errors at load up
