It can be too late for bugfixes unless you run more advertising threads to attract more players.

It's not about having 1,000 players. It's about building a server that players will enjoy. Of course not everybody will enjoy it, and as we can see, some will try it and if they shut their mind to it they're missing out on something big. That's just life. I plan on advertising more soon, but not until I amend the elements that need amended first. And my players as well as you guys have made it very clear what needs to be done. And I thank you all for that

@Azur: Thanks for posting the news for what we've been doing. I literally haven't had enough time to even check on this thread with the last like five 12-hour days. Let them be entitled to their opinions I'm going to continue working on making Cyntara great.

For those of you wondering, we're going to continue addressing issues and hitting nails on the head. We've already adjusted the loot rates of every creature in an attempt to make money easier to obtain. Our next step is to balance out Paladins and Knights, we're very aware that Paladins are definitely the under dogs and they're getting some help as soon as possible.

They use mc... last time i fight with newbie and newbiee and general of cyntara? or what is his name he use fallow mode and when general died (forgot to put utamo on bot lol) his mcs died too (dont move or even shoot) he cave bot to gain exp on all chars its not funny he got like 1000000000cc i saw he put 500cc on gambling and won 3x more no thx no shit i wont play on ot where i got 10cc and its hard for me to get these ccs while people have bp of cc or more -.-

Few things from me playing for 4 days.
First off there aren't staff besides Red, Unless they just never help.
Second, A lot of the monsters heal/ do to much damage for the level/exp given. With that being said you really need to go over all the monsters exp/damage health etc. To me its not worth playing til its fixed.
Third Knights imo are shit. I can tank more on my paladin, as for paladins they need higher level spells. or there level 150 spell damage needs to be increase doing less damage and costing almost 3k mana from exori san.
Also 100 assassin stars shouldnt weight 1000 cap. When 100 doesnt last 10-15mins~. Maybe make it able for paladins to make there ammo?

I did the exact same even thou i played shawns server for a while. Waiting for him to take it out of beta. You got the think there arent many good ots anymore along with that tibia is dieing in general, which makes me sad.

Vocations are really unbalanced, I like that its "sorda" custom, but well I already told you @Red that paladins are really unbalanced and mages (druids/sorcs) are too powerfull.

1) Training sqm (magic trains really fast since they give you mana regen so mages train their magic level too fast) - Monk training; Knights can be afk since their weapon never ends and they train really good. Paladins can't be afk @monks because their ammo ends and that suck.

2) Mages hits are too OP comparing with knights/paladins

3) Exori con in paladins hits harder than my weapon hits... Mages does x5 my damage with a weak spell.

I got plenty more information about paladins... So in a few words BALANCE VOCATIONS - MAGES ARE TOO OP - PALADIN SUCK - KNIGHT SUCK

I agree mages are not balanced atm. But Paladin are actually pretty good i hit almost 3k with exori san and 1-2.8k with my weapon lol. Its just that carrying ammo weighs you down so much 100 assassin stars weight 1k cap lol.

And as for the Pvp-e I switched from knight because it was dieing to fast to mages. I can tank 3-4 people on my pally. No one has killed me yet they try but dont succeed.

Which Im taking a break til Red gets the monsters like they are suppose to.

Quick Updates from today:

• Juggernauts are now lootable.

• We have fixed the mana issue with the Annihilation spell.

• Players that have completed the initiation quest (promotion quest) that are not a premium account can now keep their vocation.

• The Fury Gate quest has been adjusted. The monsters in the final room have been adjusted and they will now take much longer to respawn. We have replaced some of the monsters in that quest with Pyro Imps as well.

• We have lowered the mana cost for "exori san" and "exori con" while increasing their damage.[/lsit]
  We have lowered the break chance on spears and lowered the soul cost to enchant spears. We have also greatly increased the accuracy of Paladins during their lower levels. The hit chance of all Paladin weapons has been increased. This should help balance out Paladins. If further work on them is required it will be addressed in the next few days.

• Finally, we have added [NPC] The Wise Man below the depot. He seems to have intricate knowledge of some of Cyntara's lesser known facts (IE. where rune insignias can be located). He has over 20 keywords. Try to find them all!

Basically this server has the worst community I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. There is really just one team full of assholes between the ages 12-16 that will hunt off any new players because they started with tons of points and free premmy. The new "focus group" is one of the worst ideas because the server is seriously so easy now, I made a new character yesterday and got level 200 and 100cc in only 1 hour. Basically Chan, you know what's best for your server, these retards are destroying it and when they get bored will just hop to the next server like they always do but I do wish you luck.

Update/Bug fixes from 8/11

• Special Beam Cannon is now castable.

• Blessing price has been halved.

• The Super Spells quest has been updated. Also, both super spells for each vocation cannot be casted until they complete the quest.

• Demons have had their stats and loot changed.

• We have fixed yesterday's crash bug and ensured that it cannot happen anywhere else. We have also fixed a lot of map bugs.

• The deathlist on each player's character page has been fixed as well as the rates on the Server Info page.

• We also fixed a bug with Boogey's quest line that allowed players to tamper with the basin positions.

Update/Bug fixes from today.

• We have fixed an issue where soft boots can't be used. We have also fixed an issue in POI where you weren't able to choose a weapon reward.

• We also fixed a critical bug with Red's room in the Cyntara Zone, allowing for his easy defeat. We have also fixed the issue where the server crashes when he casts his special attack

• We also fixed a few PZ issues around the teleport room. The spawns that are empty are now PZ, to prevent players from attacking in those areas. We have also removed the PZ tile from the practice PVP room to the south.

• Obsidian Knives and Blessed Wooden Stakes are now usable.

• The Queen of Diamonds has had her ultimate attack power lowered.

The server has left the daily base of 20 - 30 players and is now reaching from 30 - 50 players all day.

@The people complaining about the casino, I will see what Red thinks of it. I tried it myself and I agree that it is to easy.

Yea money making has become easier, but im a level 350+ and I havent even done half the stuff on the server, alot of the quests and stuff are fun but you need a team for them. I'm not usually around during a good time to form a team to do them. And its a PvP-E server dude, you will die, and if you get hunted so what, you can get ur levels back, its not like they are online 24/7. And you can just try to ally yourself with the opposing team of the ones hunting you, then you will have a group to fight back with. If you cant ally with them, try to form your own team.

Updates from last night (Tonight technically, but seeing as it's early morn' I can say it's last night xD)

• We have noticed that a few knights have been taking advantage of the same area and botting. Due to this reason, we have closed that area off. We apologize to the players that enjoyed hunting there manually.

• We have fixed a map error in that area that allowed players to see the edge of the world.

• The Royal Minion task bosses have been adjusted. They were originally created to be killed by a small team, but the task bosses are now able to be killed by one player.

• We have adjusted the amount that Demons retarget. Previously, it was too frequent and erratic.

• The [NPC] Magic Shopkeeper will now repair your soft boots for a small fee. We have also fixed Firewalker boots. They can also now be repaired at the Magic Shopkeeper.

• We have fixed a bug where an important keyword didn't appear from A Sleeping Eskimo.

• The loot rate on Hooks, Peg Legs, and Eye Patches has been raised.

• All taming items work and adjusted the taming item's descriptions to match Cyntara better.

• Red's loot has been adjusted [Cyntara Zone quest] It was not fitting for a boss of that difficulty. The portal in Red's boss room will allow you to teleport if you have PZ lock now.

• Potion levers will now give you a discount if you're Premium. [Cyntara Zone quest]

• The Wild Growth spel has been removed since there is a rune, it should only be castable via rune.

• We have updated the guides on the website.

• Addons and Mounts are now available in-game and in the shop! Mount / addon prices depend on how hard they are to obtain in-game! In the next few weeks we will be adding more mounts in-game along with their taming items!

There is alot of bad players that arent good for the community butttt that also will be on every server you will play. Theres always gonna be those select few "ass holes" or w.e you wanna call them. Just level and play lol. Play when they arent online. Its not that hard. And the only way you was able to get 100cc was from the new quest he just added that gives like 50cc~ and you get cc as you level to. But I was still losing money hunting on my pally just because how much i had to small my manarunes.

Well, I for one can make about 200k in 20 minutes or so from hunting. People dont use their brains enough now a days, This mob is decent exp, and not too bad to kill, and you get a shitton of loot to sell for good profit. Then again I am a Knight and well, we are cheap to play. lol
