If you own a house, I very strongly suggest you remove the items from it before the 3.0 update. You have approximately anywhere from 2-4 weeks to do so (hopefully). But I suggest you have them clear within a few days for security purposes.
When the 3.0 update is released, we redid the WHOLE house system, therefore, to the few players that DO own a house, somebody else will have their name on your house, and all the House IDs got switched. I will make sure that players with private spawns receive the house they paid for, but I cannot do anything about items.
