Windows Weird Problem

All the words and links look very SMALL and weird on IE.
This has just recently happened, like 48 hours ago.
I was wondering why this would be happening.
Is my video card shot?

Something? Post your ideas!
(Also, everything is very laggy on IE and my comp.)

Ahh... try this:

Hold CTRL and scroll up, you know the scroll on your mouse

It should work xD
