Windows 64 bit

Does anyone know what to do with this server? My friend is running windows xp professional 64x bit edition and it opens.. goes through all its proccesses then when it gets to the end... it says something and in a mila second it shutsdown, Anyone know what I should do?

Huh, will you explain again so people understand you?
I use windows x64 and have no problems at all using it.
