Windows Live Messenger 9 and Gmail

Hello.

I installed windows live messenger 9 but when I am trying to login on my gmail account it shows the loading page but then it just gets back to the login screen. Is there anything wrong with windows live messenger 9? Do you guys know any solution how I can login with my gmail account with windows live messenger 9? My Gmail account is already .NET Passport registered and I can login with windows live messenger 8.5 but not with the latest.

When you try to log into gmail, in the lower right corner is a link for the HTML-version. Try that.
