I think the head is to small imo

I think the whole outfit is too small... Are you sure that is the right size for an outfit?

It's to small, the outfit is 30x30 and it should be at least 32x32. The head should be about 13x13. Also, it looks better to use black lines only as outlines, you can use a darker version of the colors you used to create lines in the sprite.

Ohh, i love to see new spriters.

To improve that equipments you should learn about anti-aliasing, and split the sprite-light with light and dark areas.
Remember, usually in blades, the edge gets intense lighting (light area), but you must respect the Anti-aliasing.
