XamPP Apache Help !

am work on xampp on remote desktop conection and it looking always busy apache and i no have aplication in use with port 80 and i have ram 8 MB and idk why it looking busy can any one help me pleasE ?

Did you open up the port 80 in your firewall?

RDP always all ports open bro ... or u can explain how to open port in firewall !! it is not in router ! ? cause all ports on remote desktop always opene ....
