[XML] Blue Robe Effect

Hey, my blue robe effect don't work on my server and I wonder how can I fix it and maybe add similar effect (skills etc like in the later versions of tibia) on other items, the server is running on 7.6 XML so I don't know if the .lua files support it :blink:

Please comment :)

uhm, uhm, yeah
but I'm pretty sure that even modern tfs need source edit to get this effect...
It isn't hard but without source its kinda... Impossible?
