hey, here is possible create itemid np = 55555 (you cannot drop this item, you cannot sell this item, you cannot trade this item)

Yes it possible, you have to do source edits. You can add new attribute which will handle these things you want and add the attribute to backpack with lua, then you have to edit function from trading and droping items.

There are ondeath, onmoveitem and ontradeitem lua events you could use to not drop it. You can also assign an actionID so only items from the quest are affected.
