It means that healing doesn't 'fall off', it scales with a percentage of your health and level.

Don't put words in my mouth. I love knights. It's my favorite out of the 5 level 2k's i have. I'm just asking what he meant, because it was not clear. And the info about healing was from a higher level then me.

At the moment as it stands the Elementalist regen was nerfed by a huge chunk (20%). It was done probably because those of us who obtained the Warlock Items received a boost in mana regen that others thought was unfair. For some reason no one wants to admit it was a huge nerf on the class, but lets try to work around that. I would like to propose a passive that when it is triggered either gives mana regen or heals a % of the mana which could be scaled by lvl. If anything this could be compared to ninja evasion, sorc increased dmg buff, or a bards dmg buffs and increased soul regen.

This suggestion would not overpower the class to being a tank and could increase survivability in many situations. Even though elementalists do have a large pool of mana once it is depleted it is an instant death. Please consider this. Thank you.

17:21 High Level Knight: knights weren't meant to be tank (as in, have loads of hp)
17:22 High Level Knight: but they were meant to have a lot of survivalbility

17:22 High Level Knight: which makes no sense since we're the vocation that heals the least

How are we to be tanky, if we can't heal our HP back enough to tank?
Damage is fine, I've noticed no problems there (Also, i'm only 2k. The knight that said this is much higher)

Again, knights are, by far, my favorite class to play. Please don't ignore them.

Sort of. Really, why are Knights forced to resort to UH's when other Vocations can heal just as much with their spells?

They don't need UH's....Why knights?

Barbs heal the same amount (not %) as knights when they're the same level if I recall correctly. Because of their huge hp pool, barbs are team tanks, since with healers they're almost immortal. Knights can't do this due to the fact that they have almost half the hp of a barbarian, so they're only tanks when they're solo. The problem is that compared to other vocations, the healing of knights is crappy, which means that they can't tank when solo either. To fix this my suggestion would be decreasing the cooldown of exura gran, since with this they'd be able to tank solo much better, while still letting barbs be the main tank when there's a healer around.
I don't have a problem so far with the damage of knights. I understand that knights aren't great damage dealers. But right now we can't tank either.
