Yeah it is aloooot of mindless grinding.
I love this server but certain things are really annoying, for example lets take this one as an example, we killed 80 demons and got ~4 demon dusts all in all.
With 3 people... thats 1,3 dusts/80 demons for everyone. That ratio is rediciolous if ya ask me, but it would be okay if there were just more players online so a real trademarket would exist.
But theres not enough people since the start is so damn hard, you do get enough items but the creatures just hit too damn much on lower levls (Bandits, wild wrriors, slimes) and so on, i had money from my knight and could just spam potions at my mage and heal myself but i died pretty fast since 100 potions had gone away in no time since i had to spam exura on friggin wild warriors every single round.
Try to make it easier for lower level players, and please mix up the tasks from the sarlin society abit since its the main questline, imo its just rediciolously annoying and boring.
Also for the serpent spawns, today i killed ~140 of them, wasted around 170k on potions, got 60k loot back for it.
Yeah, it is totally bugged and OP.
But thats the thing, its all about lootluck, friends of mine do get around 50-100k pure profit there simply because they are so damn lucky. I on the other hand could only make ~3 times profit there even when i was with another player.
Also there really is barely any custom stuf at all, i saw ~6 custom items all in all and thats it. No custom monster sprites, no custom EQ parts till u dont hit like level ~160+ except for that one claymore at the beginning, no puzzles to solve, always just these, *Kill em as fast as possible, pull the lever and get ur loot* quests and so on. Kind of a bummer.
Dont get me wrong tho, still love this server, gets me pumped everytime i try a new quest.
Also btw i LOVED the deepsea spirit quest, my teammates thought it was bugged but i was so happy when i finally figured out how to kill the damn spirit hehe
