maybe if you fix all recipes and make new taskline+ make amazing adevertise + lower exp + add quests that will take time to do (secrets and stuff to figure out for few weeks atleast) alsow make something with event (we wont play all day long same events again) sorry im drunkerino
 
Be great if the crafting thing was less of a chores. Some of the recipe just requires you to have a bot. Be good if the few of us that doesnt have a bot could at least have a shot at crafting. Collecting 2-3-4k dust manually aint even close to being fun. The lower crafting recipe should be easier to craft. im not even sure 1 people bothered with it at lower tiers. Just some tiny thing that were bugging me.

Yes I agree it seems like a grind.. If anything just raise the exp rate of crafting.

To craft low level recipes you need 10 crafting level, it's good, but to craft ingredients (ex. royal steel) you need 25 crafting level. Just remove crafting level required to craft ingredients.
I reached 48 crafting without any bot or dust collecting, I was helping people with getting their recipes into equipment.
I feel like reset is best option too, for sure will play 6th Season ^.-

This current season died out a lot quicker than I expected. Find out why that happened and fix it, otherwise the same exact thing will happen and it will be a ghost server before you know it.

Main reason most of my team quit was due to Power Abuse. The content was fun, even though I'd say the original content was paced a lot better than any of the newer stuff Gaal created. Not saying he's a terrible developer, but Fare really hit the nail on the head when he designed the original stages of Ascalon.

I think the main thing now is trying to tune recipes, spells/classes, and make sure it paces the way the original Ascalon paces you.
 
The thing is. Ascalon isn't supposed to last up to 1,5k like Gaal wants it to.
Ascalon wasn't supposed to be a highrate OT with crits up to 10k.
Level 600 should be stupidly hard to get.
Everything is just so different now, it's like.. Level 1-400 is Ascalon. Then it becomes something else with overpowered recipes and items and bugged spells. It's just very different and awkward.
I still like it and will definitely be there on release!
 
Personally I'd love to see a much slower paced ascalon, the experience rate should definitely be lowered even if you've added content for higher levels. I quickly got to 400 on boysboys and got bored since at that point you've got most of the mounts and outfits/you've got maxxed gear/you can do most of the quests. Right now you get levels so quickly that the first and second zone just gets skipped in a way, you can just rush through all the mounts/quests/addons solo there.

A lower experience rate would make so everything of that took more time and felt more meaningful. I did enjoy the new content even though it should've been tested more and everything should've been ready at launch. I've been following the news and it seems like gaal as added lots of stuff so i'm hyped to try out that stuff in the new season regardless of how the experience rate changes, no matter what changes this server will always be amazing :D

Also things to consider; making stamina slower (right now it's very fast compared to other servers+rl, making it hard for people that don't play as much to keep up), giving premium to everyone (new players probably don't realize they aren't getting the bonus stamina experience which causes them to progress a lot slower than other players) and remove the damn landing page after the server launches it probably confuses some new players :p
