HOWEVER: Gm's shouldnt play the game and have their own characters. very amateurish

Stealing and pking are an integral parts of RPG concept tho (role playing!).
You can play a role of an assassin or a thief too and it totally fits the game. It's only dumb people who fail to understand what RPG actually stands for and think it means "being peaceful and hunting monsters".

Funny to see CMs playing on secret chars, pretending it's not them and abusing their powers, but that was to be expected on such unprofessional server. Cheers
